GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Current CDL A license in good standing
Current Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical card
Smartphone and a headset for communication purposes
Tablet with cellular connection for ELD connection
AGE & EXPERIENCE
25 years old and above
2+ years verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) experience in the past 5 years
VIOLATIONS & ACCIDENTS
No drug/alcohol related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years, and should NEVER be in a commercial vehicle.
No license suspension/disqualification for traffic convictions in the past 3 years
No more than 1 moving violation in past 3 years
No preventable accidents in past 3 years
EQUIPMENT
Passed DOT Inspection
Truck must be capable of functioning with an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
Air-ride tandem Axle truck and Trailer
Dry Van
